Set in the Scottish
Highlands on the banks of Loch Awe, the stud was established in
1967, and over the years has built up a reputation for producing top
quality stock with excellent temperaments and conformation and a
reputation for a caring after sales service.
The stock ranges
from full Hanoverian to Connemara, Welsh Cob and TB X Hanoverian;
and are competing and winning at all equestrian disciplines all over
the world.
All Rockhill's Stallions both previous and present have beautiful
temperaments, lovely manners and a kind and gentle way about them
both with mares and to people.
TC 2 still has a presence that is very commanding.
This quality and intelligence is something that Rockhill try to
breed throughout their stock Rockhill breed horses not just for
performance but also temperament and conformation.
All horses are registered with the Scottish Sports Horse Society
Rockhill specialises in selling stock as foals each year plus a few
older youngsters.
